I need more candles!
God how I love to burn baby burn!
Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall doesn't matter.
Candles are a big part of my atmosphere at home.
As I get older, I find that flowers are also a large part of what I love to be surrounded by.
I never really knew what my favorite flower was.
I never wanted to choose "roses" because they are so common.
and I never wanted to choose "carnations" because my mom and my mom's mom leaned toward carnations, and I wanted to be "Unique".
Well....After MANY, MANY Years of trying to zone in on one type that would be my absolute favorite, I have to say CARNATIONS.
White carnations don't thrill me,
but the many different colors are amazing!
Blue, Peach, Red, Yellows, Greens, Purples....
Simply Stunning!
Penny and I are often asked,
do all of our animals get along?
And of course we both say "YES"
at the same time "IN STEREO"!
We have been amazed at what we have seen.

we are truly blessed

You would NEVER believe it from this picture, but our Boston Terrier Lilly Jo is the sweetest & gentlest creature!!.....She let Lola Marie have the bowl!!!
LOVE Lilly Jo's face! The carnations are beautiful! My favorite is the daisy...they are such a happy little flower!! (remember the chuckle patch??)
Candles: try Bean Pod Soy candle beads..they smell AMAZING! Got the Lilac ones burning now!
I'm always amazed your zoo doesn't riot but they don't. Very cool.
Hmmm favorite flower...
In nature: those little snowdrops that pop up through the snow on LI.
To receive: anything pink. Peonies, Roses (especially the white roses with the pink tips), Ranunculus, Freesias. Girly girl pink.
The dogs are amazing. We always had that in our house to. We would bring another animal in and the ones we had would just look and it and walk away as if to say "Oh another one-big deal"
The carnations are absolutely beautiful. The colors together are incredible. Good choice!!!!
Lily Jo was funny-she is such a sweetheart. Don't think I ever saw that face before HAHA
