First, I am back ON THE WAGON.
Penny and I started Weight Watcher's again as of last Wednesday!
Below you will see what "letting yourself go looks like"
My boobs look like a giant shelf, and my profile looks like Fred Flintstone!
I found this really cool site
that allows me to have my very own
"virtual weight loss model".
I am also adding my weight loss ticker
at the end of the page here on the site.
(talk about putting it all out there!)

NOW, ON TO THE NEWS:
I was reading our newspaper last night,
and stumbled on to a news story that had me think....

My take on this story is this.... YOU MUST consider taking a look

YUP, SOME ASSHOLE WITH 3,000 GOLF BALLS GETS INTO HIS HELICOPTER,
PROCEEDS TO CLIMB 80,000 FEET HIGH,
AND THEN BAM....
DROPS THEM ALL ON A WINDY DAY!!

Cool you guys always do so well on WW and now the weather is nicer the dogs will love to go on walks.
The world has enough people ready and willing to make fun of us. Be kind to yourself ;)
Oh I forgot to say the captcha (word verification thingee) you have to do before you comment made me spell "rizykiki" which reminded me of that dude kiwikikaweechi or whatever his name was LOL.
Kind of reminds me of the time on WKRP when they dropped the Turkeys from the helicopter..."God as my witness, Andy, I thought Turkeys could fly".....
Oh, and good luck on Weight Watchers, I'm back on my Fat Resistance Diet as well, I've got an ass as big as 'Fat Albert'and the Cosby kids put together!
