Stay with me.... So much to tell.
First thing is First....
Originally I had gone to ASPEN DENTAL.
My teeth hurt, my jaw hurt, and I was miserable.
I posted here and showed you some photo's of my visit.
I had called APEN DENTAL on a Thursday
telling them of my SEVERE PAIN they told me the first appointment was for the following Wednesday. Instead of going somewhere else, I suffered, and I waited.
ASPEN DENTAL took full mouth xrays of me, and the dentist that day offered me a mouth rinse for $67.00 (which I declined that day) and then proceeded to tell me I needed 8 teeth extracted Antibiotics, and a cleaning plan.
I thought....okay....
The dentist then told me to go to the front desk to get my "assesment".
WELL..... I got a $5,400.00 "plan" that they wanted to start me on.
Meanwhile I was still in AGONY, and I asked them what they were going to do with what I am feeling NOW. They told me that they could scedule me for a 2 tooth extraction that FOLLOWING MONDAY!
Penny and I left in COMPLETE DISBELIEF!
We went home and began going online to research dentists near us.
We found someone. Dr. Joan Laura. When we called the next day, she took us IMMEDIATELY. I had 4 teeth extracted THAT DAY!
Turns out I had 3 ABCESES going on! Not only that, but on the 2 upper teeth that were extracted, Dr. Laura could see my sinus cavity! So, along with the antibiotics SHE gave me, I had to follow instructions not to BEND.
If I bent my head, I could change the pressure, and my sinus cavity could erupt.
The lesson here NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL.
& If you are NEAR the Syracuse area GO TO DR. JOAN LAURA!

"When He Leaves"
Mom and Dad came up from North Carolina to help Penny and I during my mouth recovery. Not being able to bend was tough, and I was out of commision for a good 4 days. Always in bed. Penny with her neck problems, couldn't do chores or drive to her Dr's appointments.
So....Mom and Dad helped us a GREAT Deal.

On this trip however, came a sorry so big, a heartache so deep that the hurting won't soon be gone.
Mom and Dad's beloved dog Fritzy passed away.
We made arrangements for Fritzy to be cremated here in Syracuse.
We got to watch the individual cremation yesterday, and it was a very sweet experience. The people were AWESOME and the setting was nice too.
As I write this, Mom and Dad are on their way back home to North Carolina.
I am feeling MUCH better, and things are starting to settle again.
I only hope that Mom and Dad can relax tonight in their own home, and settle in as well.

I am so glad that you are feeling better and that we could help. My heart is aching but I am so glad that if that had to happen like that we had the a great vet and great support and that we were able to bring him home. It's going to take awhile but at last he will always be with us. Don't get crazy and do too much like you always do. Hope you two take care!!!
Every month I went to Aspen Dental for dental check up. Base on my experience, I still not yet encountered something bad. I know some of their patients complaining with the services they offered.
