For the first time in my life. I made chicken pot pie! They came out GREAT to boot! Penny was sweet to guide me through how to do it. We enjoyed the 1st pie last night, and now we have 1 to spare for another night! Tonight I made 2 small steaks with Zuchinni and Onions in my secret beef gravy with beef rice a roni! Aside from the bearded dragons eyeing me as I sliced the Zuchinni (they love Zuchinni!) all was delicious!Tomorrow I take Penny to our Primary Care Doctor, and then on Wednesday I take my Mother-In-Law to my dentist.
Thank God the sun melted away A LOT of the snow, and I got to knock off the 2 huge icicles that were hanging on with dear life to my house!
THANK YOU MOM AND DAD for an earlier bedtime and an earlier dog & beardie feeding! Not to mention I am FULLY RECOVERED and back to being on track and orginized with my house chores! Your love and support traveled over 650 miles and I will NEVER forget it!

Your welcome. You need to be able to see the sun during the day to get some of those sun vita veta veggies!!! Glad the dogs enjoy it too. Glad you are feeling much better. Love you!!!
